This Exhibitor Manual has been created to support you at every stage of your participation, from planning and booth design to move-in, show days, and move-out. Inside, you’ll find important information, timelines, technical guidelines, and operational details to help ensure a smooth and successful exhibiting experience.

​To ensure a smooth and successful exhibiting experience at StoneTech Canada (STC), please review and complete the following important steps.
​This checklist highlights key actions to help you prepare your stand, meet deadlines, and maximize your participation.

​Please take the time to thoroughly review the StoneTech Canada Exhibitor Manual. Be sure to order any additional services or items you may require for your stand within the Exhibitor Portal. Please find below section for exhibitor booth orders. If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is happy to help.

Kindly review the Deadlines & Forms section carefully, as it contains all key submission deadlines. This includes required documents such as the Health & Safety Form, Risk Assessment, and Grid Plan, which are essential to ensure a safe and smooth show experience.

All exhibitors are required to submit a completed Grid Plan, clearly indicating the exact location of:

• Electrical sockets
• Lighting and spotlights
• Any additional ordered services

All space-only exhibitors are required to submit their stand plans for approval via the designated STC approval system. Approved exhibitors will receive submission instructions via email.
All stand plans must be submitted by Monday, 16 March 2026
​and must include:

• Full stand dimensions and construction materials
• Public liability insurance of your stand contractor
• Detailed Risk Assessment and Health & Safety documentation
• Method Statement and Construction Phase Plan
